Windows Cloner That Can Split the Whole Windows?

Hello is there a Windows cloner (preferably free) that can split a Windows (Boot Camp) bootable volume, similar to how an app like 7-zip would compress and split a file because I have a lot of small drives (the Windows files are only semi-important, not that critical) to make them useful again?

Im not sure what your asking but I had multiple partitions that needed to merged together into one C drive. I used a program called EaseUS Partition Master and used a youtube video on how to use it. Don't know if that will help. When was running mac os...I used copycloner to make backups on my OS drive in case it dumps which saved me plenty of times. I think the program simular is AOMEI Backupper.
