Is there any way you can play a Windows game on a mac? If so, how hard is it to set up?

1- Install bootcamp
2- Install windows on another partition or disk
3- Install drivers
4- Install game in windows
5- Play...

There is also Wine (windows emulator) that can help run certain older games.

Which did you have in mind by the way because PaulTheTall has a website dedicated to setting up and running older games on a Mac without Windows... http://www.paulthetall.com

It is a virtualizer. If it was an emulator I would be "emulating" OpenFirmware, 10.9DPs and windows 8 (who's DMGs and ISOs sit on my desktop while taking up large amounts of HDD space) on my 7970 and 7850 (that are occupying PCIe slots for looks) and crysis III on my PowerMac. I would then sell my 1500$ AMD PC, and get two Power7s and "emulate" the newer OpenFirmware that is required to run it. As you can see, Wine is just virtualization, which is great in the fact that it will allow me to play Crysis III on a Mac Pro, but is still won't let me play it on my G5 without some kind of other emulation.

It's not really a virtualizer either. It runs windows code natively using reverse engineered Microsoft API's. No hardware is virtualized in the process, the only performance hit is in the custom API's that haven't been fully finished / optimized yet.
