Windows Installation disk

I have Windows on my MB and I want to re-partition the HD. I know I have to erase the partition and start all over again. Will my set-up disk for Windows work again? (It was brand new). I have only used it one time to set-up on my MB. Is it a one time one use thing with the serial number? Or can I use it again?
