Windows live on mac. camera, display pictures, sounds

Is there a version of msn on mac so that all people can see your display picture as well as seeing other people, also using the iSight camera as a webcam like you do on windows and having the sound active on this?
Is this possible or do you have versions with some uses and not others, if this is the case then which one is best?

hey mate try aMSN, google it and download it i have it and there is webcam and nudging pretty much everything you see on windows msn.
