Okay, so really weird question, not even sure how to phrase this let alone search for it...

So, I know that there are certain disks out there that dual formatted with only the os's 'folder' mounting, i.e. while on the mac it 'sees' the mac files and in windows the windows files... Let me maybe back up a second, cause now I don't even know what I am talking about... Let me instead just say what I am trying to do. I have an installation CD (Studio MX 2004 if you all need to know) that has both the windows and mac install files on it. Well, I've had this disc for well, 2 years now, and about a year and a half a go I switched to mac full time, problem is that macromedia (or now adobe I guess) don't allow you to switch, so I am stuck with this disk of legal software that I can't use anymore. But, I just bought one of those nifty macbook pros with one of those fancy intel chips, so I wanted to give cross over a try see if I like how it works. Which brings me to my question (I know, after all that)...

When I insert the disk, it shows up with all the mac files, but I want to access all the windows files so I can install it under cross over so I can get my flash and dreamweaver and all that back cause I am trying to build my super cool website. How can I access the windows 'formatted' portion of the disk? It would be nice to get this going. I have photoshop 7 as well that I would love to try as well.

Thank you in advance.

Hmm? I always thought CDs use a standard file system.

If so, anyone care to explain where the windows .exe is on the disk? And I think it's the same format, just built in such a way that mac sees the mac stuff and windows sees the windows stuff...
