Windows: Multiple Accounts, one iTunes Library

I work for a church and I am using iTunes to play music before wedding, funerals, special occasions, ect....

Is it possible to set it up so that all the users that log into the Windows XP computer can access the SAME iTunes library? If so, how?

When you installed iTunes on the computer, it installed for all users. Open up iTunes under a different user account and import your iTunes library. Do that for all users and you have the same library for all then.
