Windows not recognizing iphone..PLEASE HELP

Windows is only recognizing my iphone as a camera so i'm unable to view the other folders...i've reinstalled itunes, restarted the apple mobile device service...still nothing...anyone's advice would be greatly appreciated

Other folders? If you're talking about the way typical iPods open that doesn't happen with the iPhone. It doesn't have drive mode. Neither does the iPod Touch.
