1. How many ways are there to put windows (any version) on a MBPro and which and what way would be the best?
2. Is there any tutorial with step by step guidance on how to put windows on a MBPro?

There is Boot Camp (download from the Apple site) that lets you choose Windows or OSX on startup and provides full use of your hardware.

VMWare's Fusion and Parallels are competitors in the virtualization business, letting you use Windows and OSX at the same time, but without much 3D :)

For Boot Camp all you need is a retail XP SP2 disk, and for the others all you need is a Windows disk. The step-by-step guides in the programs are easy to follow...

There is really no difference in running windows with bootcamp on a Macbook Pro than getting a similar specced PC

Don't mean to hijack the thread, but can you triple boot OS X, XP and Vista with Bootcamp?

Its possible to do with enough know-how and patience, but triple-boot configurations are not supported or easily achievable using the typical Boot Camp setup method.
