Windows / Outlook Contacts Sync

Hello,

I've been reading a lot of great information about the iPhone but was unable to find any posts with Windows users and Outlook contacts.

I'm want to purchase an iPhone but want to make sure that I will be able to sync up my 300+ outlook contacts with the phone.

Has anyone who has purchased it done this yet? If so, does it let you create groups of contacts to export to your iPhone or does it make you use all contacts like Microsoft's Active Sync.

Outlook syncing is flawless so far. I ported my 538 contacts without a single issue.
