windows pc and itunes cant recognize iphone

hey
it looks like that no computer can recognize my iphone.
i´ve tried to connect my iphone with 4 pcs but none of them could recognize my iphone neither could itunes.
iphone firmwire 2.0
8gb
when i bought the iphone my computer could recognize it and also my itunes.

it could be that these computers don't have a 2.0 USB port which seemed to be the problem for my friend my computer has a 2.0 USB port and reads my iPhone
