Do you work in an environment that uses a windows print server and Macs? How do you add a printer in OS X? Do you add it by IP address?
Do you use any 3rd party tool?
I'm curious to see what others do as we do the IP address route and, although it works, it's a pain for users to find out the make and IP address and set it up themselves.
