Windows resized after waking up from sleep.

Just did a fresh install of Mountain Lion on a Retina MBP. I maximize all my windows for the most part and after my computer comes out of sleep all windows that were maximized are reduced about 75% vertically. Horizontal window size stays at 100%.

Anyone else seeing this or know why? Thanks.

Note, I'm running in clamshell mode with a 24" external Dell monitor. And it doesn't happen when I sleep and then wake the computer up right away. I guess that means it's either something based on time or it's intermittent.
