(Windows Vista) How do I back up contacts? n transfer contacts to sim

Hi there i just bought an iphone after trying and returned a found iphone.... how can i backup all my contacts from theiphone to the computer


so it will bl ike phone>computer n not the otherway around i dont want my contacts being erasesd and is it possible to import all my contacts into my sim card incase i m switching a non applie cell phone?

Simple, connect your iPhone to your pc/laptop it will lunch iTunes I you haven't used your iPhone yet then just sync your phone of will give you an option to sync contacts with windows mobile(something like that make sure you click that and there you go

You can't transfer contact information onto a the Sim card.
