Hey guys, I have Windows Home Premium SP1 version and so far I really like it, and have had no problems with it, but I have a couple questions:

-Right now I have the free Avira AntiVirus software running and so far so good, is this good enough to depend on as my only antivirus software?

-Is it possible to download UIs, such as one of Window 98, because right now I turned off all the flashy features and have the UI set to Windows classic, but the icons, and the start icon are still different, and I have OCD so I really would like for a completely identical Windows 98 experience.

Thanks!

Avira is among the best Anti-Virus software out there. Stay away from that AVG crap (which you clearly have, so well done).

As far as changing the UI, it's possible you could but it might bring up a surge of other problems. You could always use a program like WindowsBlinds or whatnot, but "Classic" view about as close as you'll get outside of actually running Windows 98. You might as well get used to the Vista UI as Windows 7 will completely be rid of the old UI (no more Classic view).

You might be able to change the "Computer" icon and other such icons, but like the start menu icons and many of the other icons you can't change (some you can change, but it's a huge pain in the ass, it would be easier to get your OCD addressed than change the icons).
