Did you use the Boot Camp wizard to create the FAT32 partition? If not, you only have a GPT filesystem table, which Windows cannot understand. The Boot Camp wizard creates a hybrid GPT/MBR table.

i'm having the same problem, i thought it was cause i tryed installing with a SP1 disk... but i figure i'd be able to get past that point though. Are you installing with a Sp1 or Sp2 disk?

for some odd reason yes windows can read the gpt partition table as it the only gpt partition table i got

none the less i got it working by making sure my windows partition was the third partition and out of the 4 i created

to get it to fully worked you must remove the 200mb efi partition also
