windows xp pro & VMware fusion

i installed vmware fusion and windows xp pro.
and i set the amount of hard drive for windows at 10gb.

but now i ran out of space, how can i add more space for windows?

I looked in the virtual machine header, dropped down to hard drive, but it was greyed out.

I'm not sure, but maybe installing vmware tools will help. I dont usually install the tools.
