Windows XP SP3 OEM

I am setting up a virtual windows machine using VMware 2.0. I just purchased Windows XP SP3 OEM for my guest OS. Now I see there are retail versions of XP SP3. I do not know the difference between the two. Am I going to have more install issues with OEM vs. retail. I am not too tech savvy. Please advise before my install so I can return OEM and buy the retail version. Also, will all the drivers be included with the XP OEM, or do I need to separately install drivers for it to work on my 15' UBMBP. Thanks for any feedback.

don't install so fast, i heard peopele saying oem version lacks lisence which means you might not install it! ask more experts like store clerks!
