Hi,

I want to play Bioshock on my MBP under windows xp. It installed fine but it says that the Nvidia drivers I have arn't good for bioshock. Can I just install the drivers they sugest over the Bootcamp ones?

I have kind of buggered things up slightly as I forgot it was a bootcamped windows and went and unistalled the Nvidia drivers:rolleyes: And now it won't install the VGA drivers so I can install the new Nvidia Drivers. I am hoping the CD with the windows Bootcamp drivers on will sort this.

So am I ok just overrighting the Nvidia drivers?

Since it's a mobile nvidia chip, the drivers from nvidia.com won't work - they don't support their mobile chips, they make it up to the notebook manufacturers. Since apple hasn't released newer drivers, you need the generic version with a hacked INF file to add support for the mobile GPU. I can't remember exactly where to get them, but a quick search on this forum should turn up.
