Hello,

Am wondering if anyone has had a similar problem. I am running Windows XP (service pk 2) through Boot Camp, on my 20" IMAC. There seems to something wrong with the display drivers - or something else? The programs all run fine - but it seems like the monitor needs to be adjusted, as things are just too 'wide' - it doesn't seem to be a 1:1 ration, rather a 1:1.25 or something. Is there a new driver that I can download to fix this issue - I would hate to have to re-install Windows, and all the programs that I am running. I have tried all the different monitor settings (1280x1024 and so on).

Thank you for your assistance!

Hi hntrak,

You tried to use a 4:3 aspect ratio on a widescreen 16:10 monitor. Have you already installed the Windows drivers that are on your Leopard installation DVD? They include a profile for your monitor so that the display driver knows the optimal settings. If you want to do it manually, the 20" iMac runs with 1680 x 1050 pixels.
