I am finally getting a new Apple silicon Mac and wish to convert my 5,1 cMP into an OpenCore windows machine for various purposes. home-brew recently pulled the rug out from under me and not supporting Monterey without warning, reinstalled a bunch of broken stuff I was depending on, etc. well bottom line I don't consider Monterey a viable OS version to use anymore.

what is the current status of windows 11 on this box with OC? I have been using oc to run Monterey for quite a while. In the past I managed to install windows10 and run it successfully for a bit, proof of concept, but that was under bootcamp and now that I will move to less of a dual boot situation I am considering whether Win11 is ok on this hardware or if there are any problems related to things such as no AVX present or anything else to be concerned about?

What is currently the best recommended approach. In the past I got win10 working with Bootcamp, after a lot of effort to track down all the bootcamp drivers I needed, etc. But am considering to boot it natively as long as I can ensure it will always go through oc first to be safe, but anyway I am just curious what has been figured out regarding win11 on cMP hardware with OC and what is the easiest or best approach to go about doing it as of now?
