WindowsXP heat issue on MBA

Dear MBA Guru,

I am to this forum. I have my MBA for a month and have the same heat and core **** down problem as you all discussed in this forum. After the SMC update from apple, the heat issue seem to be better but the core shut down still occur once in a while. Let's hope the apple will fix this problem soon...My question is when I use WindowsXP (via bootcamp) on MBA, it seems like the heat is worse than when I use OSX. The fan spin max in a few minutes after boot it up and the bottom of the MBA is so really HOT (But never have core shut down). I search the net on this problem and see the same thing happen on earilier MBP. Do you all have any similar problem with MBA?, Any way to make it improve in term of less heat? This problem is not unique to the Macbook Air. On any mac, Windows will cause the system to run hotter than OS X. I believe Apple explains this as less efficient power management from Windows, but I think it's just a matter of the drivers not being as optimized to run Apple's fan hardware the same way OS X's are.

Thanks for your answer....Is this also happen if I change to Parallel in stead of bootcamp? Does windows run slow via parallel compare to bootcamp on MBA?
