Is there an good app for checking wine reviews/saving your favourites?

I know here in the UK Tesco have release a wine app which has decent reviews. Not exactly sure what it does though.

Have you tried Drync Wine? Free app and I used it a few times in the booze store when looking for a half decent wine.
