winpwn for dummies?

Could some kindhearted soul post a step by step for the following scenario?

I have a 2G iphone running 1.1.4 firmware that was unlocked using Ziphone. I have a windows PC and want to upgrade to 2.0 and unlock it.

The main concern I have is the ipsw file that the directions refer to. They always gloss over it, but I want to know where/how I should get that file. From what I understand, other than creating that file, it's all pretty straightforward.

So I'm hoping someone can tell me exactly what all the steps are, assuming that I know very little. I imagine are others in the same situation that are anxious to upgrade but aren't entirely sure what the exact process should be.

Thanks! I followed that and got it on 2.0 and unlocked. Phone Service works, but data doesn't work at all now. Do I need Cydia to get that set up? I didn't include Cydia in my custom IPSW because I read that it slowed things down.

Cydia is the new "installer." You want Cydia.
 
weird.. now it's working fine, and I didn't do anything. I guess it just needed some time to calibrate or something.
 
i have a unlocked 1.1.4 firmware running...do i have to restore it to 2.0 before getting to the pwnage process
