iPhone winter board on IP5 with iOS 7.0.4

I JB my IP5 last night and installed Winterboard. I cannot get any theme to load. I go into Cydia and chose the themes, download them, and then go into WB but after I respring nothing changes.

Any tips?

Are you downloading compatible themes? Some themes don't work on ios 7, and some are iPad only.
