iPhone Winterboard on 6.1.3JB: Apps disappearing after applying theme.

For some reason, when I apply icon themes to some apps they disappear (the icon). i.e., I themed AlienBlue, but after applying and respringing the icon is blank. Disabling the theme, the stock icons show again.
Something I'm doing wrong?


iPhone 4, 6.1.3 Untethered JB (sn0wbreeze).
