Winterboard trouble - Dock overlay?

I've been working on mashing together several themes for my iPhone, and I cant seem to get rid of this:

I know it's kind of hard to see on here, but it really sticks out on the phone. I've checked all my Dock images, and cant find it. It appears to be some sort of overlay / shadow type thing. Any ideas?

Now I'm getting this "?" in the top left corner of my screen!

I dont think I messed with anything that would cause this, but I cant get rid of it.
