Hi i have a jailbroken 3g 2.2 and i have not downloaded winterboard yet. My gf has winterboard on her iphone and i always here her complaining about her battery life and the iphone screen getting frozen and stuff like that.

I wanna know how much battery life does it actually suck up and if winterboard has gotten any more stable with recent updates etc. Its not that big of a deal to me to have it. I like it simple like it is. Would love the five icon dock though.

i don't notice any difference. Just don't load 100 themes,

?you can always uninstall if you find any negative performance

Another question. I like this picture and id like for it to be my background anyone know a theme that has some good apps that would go along with this.

Thanks

You don't need winterboard for the five icon dock :D. Winterboard, however does create a very negligible amount of lag. It's just not quite as snappy when you scroll through the springboard pages and some apps take 1 second or so longer to open up. As was previously stated, just don't have a bunch of themes and you'll have no need to worry.

Just try it. If it slows down too much for you, then uninstall it.

in my wonterboard i have everything themed using themes i have downloaded then customised i have 7 things enabled in winterboard that themes pretty much every image on the phone.

Will this slow the phone down? would me making all these theme folders into 1 folder speed up the phone?
