I can not find a driver.

If I recall correctly, that's the same device that Elgato sold as the EyeTV Hybrid. Have you tried EyeTV?

Edit: Elgato's site confirms that that's a supported device. The trick would be to find whether the last PowerPC version of EyeTV supports the 950.
