Has anyone else experienced this?
At first I did not think it was caused by Wipr but I ran some tests. I am running 10.15.4 on my MacBook Pro and iOS 13.4.1 on my iPhone.
When I deleted Wipr, either independently or on both my Mac and iPhone, iCloud Keychain passwords began syncing again. On my iPhone, as iCloud Keychain was in the middle of downloading my passwords from the cloud I quickly installed Wipr again and immediately the sync stopped and would not resume under any circumstances. When I deleted it off my iPhone the sync continued.
Additionally, when Wipr is installed on either Mac or iOS any new login password saved to iCloud keychain password list will not sync across devices.
It has taken me 2 days of testing and verifying whether Wipr is causing the issue and in all of my tests every time the software is installed it causes iCloud Keychain passwords to stop syncing. The Wipr Safari extensions are the only Safari extensions I have installed on either iOS or MacOS.
