Universal Wireless CarPlay in 2021 Honda Pilot

I hope I'm in the right forum. We recently got a 2021 Pilot Touring edition. Of course it has CarPlay, but I'm wondering if there are options for wireless out there. I know the Special Edition comes with a wireless charger in front of the cup holders. In the Touring edition, it's just a 'sticky' spot to put your phone next to the USB charging port. But there is a removable cover there and I can't help but think you could somehow set that up to use CarPlay wirelessly. Any input on Honda, Apple or other compatible accessories would be greatly appreciated. This is my wife's car and she's a bit of a technophobe. Being able to just set her phone on a spot would be helpful and reduce wire clutter.

I have a manufacturer fitted head unit that has CarPlay in and works great. The unit is wired only though. Works fine just a bit awkward when going short journeys when I'd like CarPlay but it's in bag or pocket and forget. It uses the USB plug in the front. Is there a way to make it wireless...

From what I can see, there are options for converting wired to wireless, but in general terms, there are plenty of issues with this process... YMMV.
