Wireless case LED no longer working

I have had my AirPod Pro for quite some time now and they are still charging perfectly fine and so does the case itself. However, I have noticed that the tiny LED no longer lights up in green or orange. Like it seems as if the wireless charging case is actually dead but it is still working.

It is quite annoying not knowing if it’s actually charging. Has anyone else had that issue before?

Maybe try calibrating the battery, by fully depleting both case and AirPods, then fully recharging.
