Appears to be a hardware issue internally. My suggestion would be to contact Apple and if they determine it’s a hardware fault, they will issue a warranty device.

Stupid question, you tried rebooting your phone? I've had wireless charging stop working exactly once since I've had my iPhone X, rebooting it fixed the problem.
Reboot your phone. If that does not work, then Reset All Settings. If that does not work, then restore as a new iPhone through iTunes. If that does not work, then bug Apple about it.
