iPhone Wireless Charging not working with 13.1.2

Is anyone else having issues with wireless charging not working after the update to 13.1.2?
I have an 11 Pro Max that was charging fine last week on my Logitech POWERED charging stand. After updating to 13.1.2, it didn't appear to be working at all. I then noticed that if I sat my phone in landscape, it would USUALLY start charging, but never in portrait mode.

I've seen some discussions about limiting non Apple certified chargers to 5W, but nothing specific about it not working (hardly) at all.

I've got an iPhone 8 for work, and just updated it to 13.1.2 as well, and it still charges fine.

Interesting. I bought a Yootech charger. it's the first time I've had a wireless charger as I bought it to go with my new iPhone 11. I'm on iOS 13.2 (beta). I'm having the same issue and just emailed Yootech to say it's faulty. It seems it might not be, if your comment is a common issue.

My phone will either only charge horizontally or, if when I first plug the charger in I put the phone vertically, then from then on it'll only charge vertically.

Oh, and when I say "charge" I mean the phone beeps and the battery icon changes to green. It doesn't seem to actually acquire any charge and it doesn't draw enough, it appears, to make the charging stand light come on.

So ... could this be an iOS issue and not a charger hardware one?
 
Mine doesn't even appear to charge. There's no LED on the Logitech, but the phone never shows that it's charging unless I set it in landscape mode, and very precisely align it with the charger.
 
Still not working for me in iOS 13.2 beta 2. As I only have one phone and one wireless charger, I can't rule out a hardware fault so plan to ask Apple to check my phone out and then return the charger back to Amazon.
 
Same problems for me with an 11 Pro Max and an 11 Pro. 13.1.3 didn't fix it. I have 3 different wireless chargers, ALL of which worked for the first week or so I had the phones. None of them work now.

Come on, Apple!
 
I have a pro max on 13.2 beta 4 (developer not public beta) and wireless charging works fine. It has done since 13.2 beta 1. Can’t comment before that as didn’t have me 11 pro then.
 
My iPhone 11 Pro is working just fine with my Samsung Fast Wireless Charger. It even has the Apple Leather case on it.
