iPod Wireless headphones

Because I use my Nano for working out, I am wondering if anybody knows of a pair of wireless/Bluetooth headphones that have a small enough transmitter to be useful with the Nano. I've done a little homework and I'm not sure such a thing exists at this point in time, but maybe I missed something good.
