I have an older, wired one from Enblue that I'd like to replace with wireless for phone.

Belkin just announced one that's wireless for phone, built-in for watch, for $160 (!). And I find this one by Moderno that's a relative bargain at $50:

https://modernocollections.com/prod...MIrOKDpJDZ3QIVx0CGCh3Rdw2ZEAQYAiABEgJF1fD_BwE

No clue about the quality, or the fact that they say the in-built watch charging is 2W. Is that standard? Or am I giving up charging speed?

Are there others?

You know the saying if it is too good to be true...

Kudos on finding a dual "wireless" phone charger with a watch charger attached, but I'd pass on that one personally for these reasons:

  1. No mention of the Qi charger part shutting off / protecting against overheating (all the better ones do, otherwise your phone gets pretty warm)
  2. Not sure on the brand
  3. No Mfi certification listed. I'd have to see some pro reviewers or a lot of people say it is a good charger before getting a charger that didn't go through Apple's testing.
The new Belkin one looks very nice, but as you say $160. For that price I'd probably actually go with the Qi ("wireless") charger Apple helped Logitech design and is sold in Apple stores for the iPhones and either the apple designed apple watch charger or a simple stand that you use the charger that came with apple's watch: https://www.amazon.com/Orzly-Compac...=1537987917&sr=1-4&keywords=apple+watch+stand

Yes, 2 cords instead of 1. However, still sleek and with known / safe charging.

Edit: The logitech wireless charger for iPhone X, XS, XS Max is $70, then add the stand I linked before and you are still under $80: https://www.apple.com/shop/product/HM6U2VC/A/logitech-powered-wireless-charging-stand

Thanks for the reply. That Logitech is interesting. Says it can also do landscape, which isn't important to me, but not sure how that'd work with those little parts sticking up at the sides on the bottom part.

Do you have a link to the Belkin one?

I also have an Evolus 3. Enblue originally mentioned that the Evolus 3 would be upgradeable. Last year, they offered Qi updates. I received the email for the update but I did not buy the iPhone X, I decided to wait until the Xs.

Now, Enblue removed the upgrades on their website and they do not respond emails. I have noticed that they have taken down their instagram, twitter, and FB pages.

Have you attempted to contact them?

They had this on their website:

Huh. I hadn't noticed that. I'll see if I can contact them to ask thanks.

EDIT: weird how *little* they have on the site right now. I wonder if a series of product drops is imminent...and/or maybe they're regrouping after the latest iPad Pro release.

I'm really surprised there aren't more options for a combined iPhone / AW charger. The ones on Amazon are garbage. I've had three of them. None of them work well.

Seems ridiculous to pay another $80+ just to charge the phone/watch at the same time. Hopefully more reasonably priced options come out soon

They may be dropping their promise that the Evolus will be upgradeable. These upgrades were on their website until mid of this year. I think they would rather people to buy whole new docks than upgrade at this point.

I have one of the original Evolus 3s w/ leather and the travel kit as well. Those options are not available anymore.

https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/enblue/evolus-dock-power-up-your-apple-watch-iphone-and-i
EVOLUS 3 is modular built and offers the flexibility to be upgraded with new modules if ever needed. And there is an extra external 2.4A USB port for charging many things, like the new wireless Airpods.

https://www.appleworld.today/blog/2...-qi-charging-for-the-iphone-8-8-plus-iphone-x (Sept 2017)
The EVOLUS 3 Qi is available now for $149. An upgrade kit that turns the EVOLUS 3 into a 3 Qi ships in October.

Let me know if they responds your emails. They ignored my last 2 emails over the last 2 months.

The Evolus 3's AW charger part can charge a phone and watch. I take that part for traveling. Enblue stopped offering the traveling kit with the charger w/ the international power adaptors and a case.

And it looks very nice, but it's $130. Insane price to charge my phone and watch. I can get a quality wireless stand/pad for my phone for $30. Why can't a quality one that is durable and works well and charges both the phone and AW cost around $50? I'd happily pay that.

If you’re using a non-Apple charger with the watch, check it every few minutes during the first use. I bought a cheap no-name watch/phone ‘pad’ from Amazon intending to gift it, but in trying it out, the watch got very hot. It’s junk for sure, though the phone charger seemed to work normally.

It is worth for it because part of it works as a travel charger for the watch and phone. It was better to get a charger for my iPad, phone, and watch. It’s less better since Enblue apparently refuses to sell Qi upgrades and the travel kit.

I can’t tell why they release upgrades and new products and take them offline. They had a Tesla kit and it looked cool but I don’t have a Tesla anyway.

It is hard to say how long Enblue will support their Evolus 3 at this speed.

And I'm looking for a dual charger but for my iphone xs and soon to have AW4. I only want one with one plug, not the kind that has a plug for both devices as I've already maxed out the outlets where I'm putting this.

No. The apple watch charging puck plugs into the back of the stand itself and there is once cable from the stand to the outlet. You can see it on the 5th picture but hard to tell. Apple watch cable is the output coming out of the stand to charge apple watch via underneath where the apple watch sits. The input cable is the only one going to the power outlet providing power for both charging units.

This seems to be bad news... their entire website is gone. We more than likely will not hear from them again. :(
