wireless itunes sync not working?

It says auto when both are on wifi and iPhone is on a cord..Well it won't do it..even when i press sync manually..

Help?
 
Plug it in to your Mac/PC, in the summary tab in iTunes, check the box for sync with this iPhone over wifi.

I found the problem.I kept detaching the iPhone even when not using it.once its decked on don't eject it.
