Hello-
I've done a search on this issue here in the forum, but no one seems to be having the exact same issue as me.
I have an Early 2009 Mac Mini, with the 9400m Graphics Processor. I use it with a 3 Battery Apple Aluminum Wireless Keyboard, and a Magic Mouse from launch day. I have Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit installed on a Bootcamp partition.
After much difficulty, I was able to sync my mouse and keyboard, and they worked fine, except for the fact that they will not work once I reboot.
Once I leave the Windows environment and come back, the mouse and keyboard do not work unless I pound on the keys, and repeatedly click the mouse while Windows is starting up. If I just start up Windows and leave everything alone, the Keyboard and Mouse do not work.
From what I can see, these mice and keyboard are hard to sync, but once they are synced they (usually) work fine.
I have used Windows XP Professional, Windows Vista Ultimate, and Windows 7 on this computer and it always exhibits the same issue.
Has anyone else expirienced this and is there a solution?
Thanks!

EDIT:
I also forgot to add that my keyboard does not work when the Mini is first turned on; I always have to use my Apple Remote to boot from my Windows partition as the Mini never detects that I'm holding the option key. My battery levels are fine.
