Wireless keyboard caps lock light does NOT work

I got my imac in November '09 and my caps lock works but the green led does not light always.

The only way i can fix it is remove the batteries

Or disconnect and reconnect the keyboard by clicking on the bluetooth icon

So if apple is not going to fix this bluetooth bug im going to see if apple will refund my money so i can get a wired one.

My friends keyboard does this also and im fed up with this bs...

I have a 21.5" (work) & a 27" (home) and they both have an issue with the caps lock as well.
Not sure that it's a bulb issue as much as an issue with not activating the caps lock on/off.
I really have to pay attention when typing as to if it's on or off. I'm hoping when they come out with the full wireless keyboard this is addressed!

Mine does that on occasion with my MBA, but when the light does not go on, more often then not it still works.

Weird, it just does not work again until a reboot. Also, I notice more on VMware running windows most of the time.
