does anyone know if the wireless keyboard for an imac has usb ports like the wired keyboard??? and can you get the full size keyboard wireless like the wired one?

No usb ports on a wireless keyboard .... :(

The old Apple keyboard (the white one) had a numeric keypad but not the nice thin Ali one ... :(

Know how you feel, I'm having the dilemma of whether to get the wireless KB (and mouse). I hate wires but I'd love the extra usb ports, not so bothered about the numerical keypad, although I'd like to have one....suppose I could get a usb hub....?

Thinking about it, having USB ports on a wireless keyboard isn't actually that good an idea. If you were charging a device, it would be taking charge straight from the keyboard batteries themselves, and if you were syncing an iPod or whatnot, you'd have to wait for it to sync both via bluetooth to the keyboard, then again to the iPod. Unless I'm missing the entire point, which is usually the case...

But it's not like your losing USB ports with the wireless.
It's all the same either way.
The wired mouse and keyboard take up two USB ports combined, but have the two on the keyboard that I personally wouldn't use anyways.
And with the wireless, there isn't any USB ports on the keyboard itself, but it allows for the two on the computer to be open for use.

I think the Wireless is the way to go if your not worried about loss of buttons. :)

It's down to if you want a sleeker look, or not..basically.
