Howdy,

Since many of us aren't thrilled with the mighty-mouse, wired or not, and since the arcylic+white jsut doesn't go with a metallic MBP or a Blackbook, let's discuss good mouse alternatives...

Personally I'm looking for a gaming-caliber mouse for graphics work. The Razer mice look good, but they don't do bluetooth, and they don't like to support OSX.

So, let's hear some alternatives!

I don't know that you're going to find a Bluetooth "gamer-caliber mouse". I've had three Bluetooth mice - Microsoft Intellimouse, Bluetake BT 510, and now the Bluetooth Mighty Mouse. The Mighty Mouse is the only one that responds quickly to movement after being still for a period - the other two had a good second delay before they started responding again, if they'd been still for say a minute.

The silver MX900 doesn't actually go that well with the MBP either in terms of style, although it is I suppose better matched in colour than the WMM. And no 4-way scroll, unless they've changed that.

I find the WMM fine for graphics work, very accurate and reliable. Battery life, however, is another matter. My first set have just expired after one month.
