Wishing you a very merry Christmas and happy new year!;)

I do wrote a thread before about asking some information for this charger, but there is no experience response. I bought two of them, have these for a few days and wanna to show you guys my experience, how it works and help for your questions.

About appearance, it is dark brown, as they blend into their surroundings better than black or white plastic disks. Polishing is excellent, you will not see the seal, seems like it born in the wood, not put into the wood. Also it is used wax, feels smooth and won't hurt hands by wood dust.

[doublepost=1514522052][/doublepost]About function, there's a small light, when it powered on, it will have a fast flashing(blue-green-blue), then turn off. When you put your phone on it for charging, the light will turn blue.

Charging react is very quick, with or without a PU phone case, after powered on put my X on it, will charge in 1 second, I tried some others, will need over 1 second. Although it without anti-slip, it will not slip so far a away, even without a phone case. I did make a phone call to do this test and result is good. And it is not too much warming while charging.

With using different adapters:
1. iPhone original one, output is 5V 1A, 20%~100% took over 4 hours. The description on the Amazon website said, do not use the 5V 1A, seems it will drop charging, but there's nothing happened with mine.
2. No name adapter, output is 5V 2.4A, 20%~100% took about 3h.
3. No name adapter with micro usb cable, output is 5V 3A, 20%~100% took about 2h 50min.

I thought this charger is good enough, I did read some articles, looks like 7.5W is not much difference then the 5W charging speed. So it is not fast enough, we do need to use wired charging at present. In my daily life I use wireless charging overnight, it is very convenient, as long as it’s charged with 6-8 hours before I wake up. In the daytime, if I need a quick charge, I’ll just use fast wire to charge for a while, if not also can use the wireless charge which put in my office.

A very interesting product. I like the design of the wood case. Not a fan of current wireless charging but this charger does put design and surrounding into consideration and the result is good.
