With google inbox alternatives with preview of picture attachments

Hello edit sorry how to edit title?

Like the title poorly states with google inbox shutting down I'm looking for an alternative that shows a preview of attached pictures in the inbox like google inbox does:

sorry not the best picture but hopefully shows how there is a preview of the attached pictures in the inbox view of the emails on the phone in the pic below.

the gmail ios app doesn't do this. Do others?

thank you for the heads up on the ios gmail app update. I did the update and unfortunately the feature i think you are suggesting only provides a quicker way to access the attached picture without having to open the email/conversation...Unless I am doing something incorrectly it doesn't actually show a preview of the image like 'inbox by gmail' app does as shown in the attached picture above.

this image is small but it shows an example of how the new gmail app looks:

if you can see on the phone in the pic under the email from Cecilia there is a blue icon that you can click on....that's how attachments are shown in the new ios gmail minus the blue

are you aware of any email apps that fit my requirements?

I saw what you're referring to. Unfortunately, I don't know of any other email apps that preview pics like Inbox does. Getting ready to delete Inbox myself after having used it for 5 years. So much promise, so little delivery.
