Hello! I am an international student preparing my Graduate Study in the US.

I've got an Iphone which is unlocked, meaning that I don't need to insert the AT&T SIM card, neither do I need to sign a contract with AT&T to comply with its rate plan, right?

So which company( SIM card) do you recommend to use?

My demand for the 3G network is pretty much (better 1GB/month or above), but prices would better be $50 or below, thx!

The only US carrier the iPhone's 3G radio works with is AT&T. As for your hopes to get a plan for under $50, I am afraid you will be For 3G data alone the cost will be $30, and you cannot get 3G data without a calling plan. Those start at $39.99. With taxes, you're looking at close to $80 with no SMS included.

keep in mind too

when you get here you might qualify for a fan discount I pay $75 a month about as cheap as you can go with a Iphone only other option is tmobile but as others have said the 3G radio only works with At&T. you can get data but it will be slower.

$40 450 min voice btw AT&T does also use rollover minutes.
$30 Data plan unlimited
$5 200 text MMS/SMS
