hello,
i removed and formated mac partition, i dont have any backup , now i stck.

Can anyone help me to install a mac os x system in to my macbook pro retina ?

i have a windows pc handy..

Reboot and hold Cmd-Opt-R at the chime to get into Internet Recovery. You can reinstall from there.

Do you not have any kind of backup or restore media you could use?

I guess you have a newer Mac, that already came with OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion?

When you installed the Developer Preview of Mavericks it also updated your recovery partition. Since Mavericks is not yet available in the App Store, online recovery will start working again when Mavericks has been released...

Right. CMD-R boots from the hidden partition. CMD-OPT-R boots from the EFI and downloads the original OS came with your MBP.
