I have a few cd's on my computer (macbook pro) that are in WMA format. When I converted them using some free software, itunes just puts them all into an unknown album folder. Is there a way to get all of these songs organized with their album artwork. Also, why is itunes making duplicates of my songs? I keep on seeing multiples of the same song. I just want everything to be organized and not have to deal with a mess.

1) Enter the info manually, or right-click on the song and select "convert IDv3 tags" to see if it will come up.

2) View->Show Duplicates; The only problem is that almost all the data has to be the same, not just similar, so good luck.

Thanks, but it didn't do the trick. I did convert IDv3 tags and nothing happened. i have about 100+ songs like this, so having to manually do it will just be a pain.
