Wolfenstein woes

I have been trying to get PB to work for over a week now. at first i was just getting error loading (A1382 C2.213) so i manually downloaded it. then it keep kicking me for Error loading (.pbag). So i tried reinstalling wolfenstein et. Now it keeps telling me to enable Punk Buster but every time i try nothing happens. I have the auto update PB program and it says that it is installed and updated but cant get anything to work.
