Today in my house I have had a power outage and the mac has stopped working.
I'm trying by all means to try to get it to boot but I can't.
I have disconnected all the disks and I am only trying to boot with a bootable usb.
I am trying to boot with the "El Capitan" Usb so there are no firmware update issues as it was working on Sierra.
When trying to boot I get this kernel panic.
I have tried different ports and different usbs.
I have correctly reset the Pram and the SMc.
I have changed the battery 2032
Can someone help me with something? Thank you!

And no red light across the CPU tray? All memory showing green light? Have you tried system HDD in bay 1?

Hi Expede, thanks for reply.
No red lihgts. Only have 2 memories. 1 and 5 and no lights.
I don't know how to make the ram memory show those lights.
I'm trying to at least boot from the usb. I don't have any drive connected to rule out failures.
These are the motherboard lights

The computer is a macpro I think I remember that 5.1. I no longer remember if I updated it or it was a 4.1
It is dual processor and I have 2 2Gb ram modules installed.
The processors are 2 X5680 and the graphics a Gigabyte HD5680
There is nothing else connected.
The equipment until yesterday worked correctly in Sierra.
Thanks for your help

Sierra also doesn't need firmware upgrades. It's High Sierra and Mojave that require firmware updates.

Seems something is wrong with BaseSystem.dmg or while running. You should download and re-do your createinstallmedia USB installer. Also check the northbrige push pins before anything.

Did you changed the BR2032 RTC battery to a new one or you just installed an incorrect CR2032?

You should first check the CPU tray northbridge heatsink push pins to be sure that the northbridge is not overheating. There is a whole thread about this topic:

After doing a few tests I have installed an old hard drive that I had in a drawer. On that disk I have Leopard (10.6.8) installed and the funny thing is that it has booted.
The graph is somewhat flawed as it shows magenta colors sometimes. I have looked at the graph and I see that it does not correspond to the model that is installed. It shows a Gtx680 and the one installed is a Gigabyte HD6580.
I'm going to try to get an original graphic to see if I can at least install some operating system.
