Won’t boot up.

When pressing the power button, it starts to boot up, but about halfway through it gives me a “no access” sign (photo attached). I’ve tried booting in safe mode, but sadly with the same result. I’m apprehensive about turning it in for repair since my back-up was erased at the store last time I turned it in for something else.

thanks for That. I’ve had the questionmark come up several times lately, right in the middle of everything and had no idea what to do except just turn it off. I think I’ll save this link.
