Hi all!
Im happy to present a new educational iPad & iPhone app for kids:
Word Coloring - Color by Letters
https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/word-coloring/id1350980140?mt=8
https://www.instagram.com/word_coloring/
https://www.facebook.com/wordcoloring/
Background:
Starting this winter, I noticed that my 4 yo daughter got completely obsessed with number coloring games.
I was impressed by her skills, but also a bit worried about this obsession, trying to limit screen time etc.
It was cool she learned som numbers and had fun, but got me started wondering if I could do something else with this energy of hers.
Then it hit me, why not color by letters instead. The letters of what the image represent. By that she would have as fun, but learn letters and some spelling.
I developed a prototype and my daughter got thrilled and so we started to develop this game. She was quite involved in the process, had a lot to say as four year olds do
I coded at night, she tested the latest build during the morning before preschool.
So now we're happy to present "Word Coloring", color by letters!
A fun and playful way for kids to learn letters and spelling.
I think the app is suitable for kids about 3/4 years and above.
Very parent friendly:
- No tracking, no Facebook, not even Google Analytics
- No ads
- No subscriptions
- No notifications
- Does not use the internet connection
- Free with one single one-time IAP to unlock whole app if your child think its fun
