Hi all,

I would like to buy an iPad pro to replace my laptop. I mainly focus on word processing (and media consumption of course) but when writing f.e. a report, I would like to add easily a chart which I would draw with the apple pencil or any sketches.

Does anyone know a good app where I could do integrate both easily? I know there are apps like grafio where you could easily draw a flow chart and add text, but their main focus is drawing flow charts. I can't find a solution for both...

i dont know of any app that really is good at doing both.

on the other hand, in terms of a great word processing app that gives precise control of added graphic content, definitely apple's Pages is the best.

Surprised no one has mentioned Notability. Depending on how deep of a word processor you need it to be, it might meet your needs just fine. It’s definitely more fully featured than the standard Notes app and lets you easily combine text and handwritten stuff in the same note.
